Since 1972, Chula Vista Firefighters Local 2180 has proudly represented the professional firefighters of Chula Vista, California. As part of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), we are dedicated to securing competitive wages, benefits, and working conditions for our members through advocacy, political action, and community involvement.

Through strong negotiations with the City of Chula Vista, we work to enhance firefighter safety, improve emergency response times, and ensure adequate staffing to protect both our members and the community. Our commitment remains steadfast in fostering collaboration, prioritizing public safety, and supporting those who risk their lives every day.
